Andy’s digital prowess is second to none, having worked at leading Midland’s digital agency Clusta, and subsequently launching digital consultancy and intermediary Tradewind London, with a career client list boasting the likes of Seat, Johnnie Walker and Britvic amongst others. His guilty pleasures combine two polar opposites – extreme sporting challenges and suspect meat based products such as Biltong, Jerky and his hometown Birmingham’s staple diet of pork scratchings.

Ryan’s been doing the digital thing for over a decade with some of the top integrated and pure play digital agencies, naming Hellmans, Kenco, Twinings, Nokia and Wimbledon amongst his pleasure brand clients. He joined Andy Allen in 2010 to jointly head up Cubo’s digital offering, and is responsible for creative delivery across all of the group’s digital output. Ryan loves his music, his motorbike, a juicy piece of steak and geeking out on beautiful infographs.
