The Telford 6 featuring our very own Chris Walmsley wowed the crowds at the Half Moon Pub in Herne Hill this month in aid of the charity Fred Foundation. 500 people crammed in to listen to the self-titled ‘dad rock’ band unleash a medley of classics.
Since April 2007 The Fred Foundation has built itself on the principle of allowing children with autism to reach their potential through individual specialised education programmes. It’s a great charity and Chris and the band, along with the other performers, made it a great night.
Although a world tour is not fixed in the calendar yet, watch this space for upcoming Telford 6 gigs…
