So what is a ‘pleasure brand’? Well very simply it’s a brand that exists primarily to give people pleasure. Hedonistic holidays, Fairtrade soft drinks, must-have smartphones, premium spirits … anything that puts pleasure first.
Cubo Group is a collection of integrated communications companies, all with the unique specialism of marketing pleasure brands. And because pleasure is our passion, we understand it better than anyone, and we know what it takes to make people buy one pleasure brand over another.
And for the last sixteen years we’ve been helping pleasure brands grow in over 40 global markets with a blend of communications. Today we have three core agencies – creative, digital and social – each providing stand-alone services, or as part of an integrated programme.
Since 2000, we’ve grown from ten experts turning over £1.1m, to over forty staff and a turnover of £5.6m. Our five biggest clients have been with us for 41 years – that’s over eight years each – and our staff stay longer, on average for over five years. So we’ve found that pleasure is not only good for our clients’ businesses, but it’s good for ours too.
