Kerry has over 25 years of marketing agency experience and co-founded Cubo with Chris Walmsley in 1995. He has overall business responsibility for the day-to-day running of the company, including financial client delivery, HR and legal compliance. When he isn’t keeping us all on track, Kerry loves spending time on the west coast of Ireland, and claims Bristol City football club come only a very close second to his five children in the pride & joy stakes.

Ian Mansel-Thomas
Group CFO
Ian joined Cubo in 2011 having spent the last eight years as Director of Operations & Finance at Nexus Productions, one of the UK's leading commercials production companies, where he was responsible for the all financial and commercial aspects of the business during a period of 300% growth. Ian remembers when vinyl records were king, and does his bit to keep the vinyl industry alive by releasing records by noisy, obscure bands, quite often his own.

Head of Shopper
Having worked with Cubo as a freelance strategic comms planner, Toby took up the position as Head of Shopper in November 2011. He brings with him a wealth of experience in shopper marketing strategy and activation for the likes of Unilever, InBev, L'Oreal, Kelloggs and Samsung. When he's not providing clients with industry leading shopper marketing insights you'll find him in the lower west stand at Stamford Bridge.

Nick joined the group in 2007 after almost a decade at consumer PR agency Trimedia. An award-winning campaigner and PRCA judge, he has managed the likes of Sony PlayStation, Gordon’s Gin, Pimms, Sega, the Bahamas and numerous other pleasure brands during his career. When Nick isn’t trying to work out which of his identical twins is which, you can find him taking flack from other Cuboids for being a Chelsea fan and a bit posh.
